Join us whether you are a beginning writer, want to improve your writing, learn next steps to get published or have had a writing published. You do not need to be a member or attend the church. There is a daytime (10:30 a.m.) and an evening (7:30 p.m.) group. Both meet at the church. If you are interested, email Chick at chickgreenough@gmail.com Their next meeting is March 5 is "Resolved." Resolutions, while helpful in focusing on ways to improve ourselves/lives/etc., can also be "crutches". Looking into the future can be hopeful, useful, inspiring - whatever we choose them to be. However, looking back over our shoulders at the past (which is irredeemable) can be many things. The discussion focused on places we have lived (cities, towns, houses, etc.) and what part they played in our lives. Do we ever actually "move away"? Or do we leave something of ourselves in that place that draws us back in time? Come write and share with us.
