Meet at BPUMC at 9:00 a.m.to carpool for hike to Snoquera Falls. Located about 70 miles east on Highway 410. Boy Scout Camp Sheppard is located next to the trailhead which is about 10 miles east of Greenwater. The hike is about 4.2 miles round trip. About 2 miles up (900 ft elevation gain) is the streaming cascade of Snoquera Falls plunging down a rocky face. In the spring it is spectacular! The hike is in lush rain forest. Restroom facilities are at the trail head. *A northwest forest pass or America the Beautiful pass is required to park at the trail head. Please RSVP so we don’t leave anyone behind. Return time of 3:00 p.m. is only an ESTIMATE. Maybe we will play longer.
