Staff Appreciation Collection
It’s that time of year again, to show our appreciation and gratitude to our hardworking staff here at BPUMC! We will be collecting donations in order to give a gift to our Pastor, Office Administrator, Choir Director, and Nursery Workers. We count on these people to give their all, week in and week out, throughout the year, and they do not let us down! They share their gifts and good cheer with all of us, providing a welcoming atmosphere, efficient operations, a safe place for children, and an inspiring worship experience. If you’d like to donate, checks can be made out to “Browns Point United Methodist Church” with “Staff Appreciation” in the memo line. Cash may be given in an envelope clearly marked “Staff Appreciation” on the outside of the envelope. Separating these gifts from other giving will ensure this money goes to the staff, and will be greatly appreciated by the counters who need to keep accurate track of incoming funds! We will collect these gifts through Sunday, December 15th. Thank You for helping BPUMC show our appreciation for this great team who serves us!

Poinsettas for Advent and Christmas:
We are asking people to donate $5.00 to the Holiday Flower Fund in honor or memory of a loved one. We will then purchse poinsettas for Cantata and Christmas Eve service.
BPUMC is looking for another Nursery Care Worker:

Fellowship Team Hospitality is an important part of our church and the Fellowship Team is an important part of that hospitality. The Fellowship Team consists of six teams of four or five persons or couples that provide coffee hour each twice a year. It involves making the coffee, setting out supplies, providing a snack, and tidying up. The snack can be as simple or as elaborate as brings YOU joy. Some people like to bake (some don’t). Some people love Costco (well who doesn’t). Cookies are fine! Would you like to join in the fun? There are openings on ALL of the teams. If you’re interested, contact Carey Morrill, Fellowship Team Leader at 253-202-5871 or mark your Connection Card.
